About Danielle

I began my real estate career in 2002 after spending 20 years in the corporate world as a Human Resources Manager. I hold a Masters degree in Operations/Business Management, and have taken many classes since 2002 to further my experience and expertise in real estate. My decision to leave human resources was a hard one, but I made the move, and loving it ever since!!!

Helping people with all their real estate needs is quite challenging especially in a market like today’s market. It is forever changing!! With lots of determination, I have learned how to adapt, and continue to apply proven real estate practices such as right pricing, creative marketing, staying on top of technology, constantly watching inventory and appraisal shifts, and being a full-time dedicated agent.

As of today, I have almost been doing real estate as long as I worked in the Corporate world. I must say, I truly love the business after all these years, and the whole process of helping buyers and seller successfully reach their dreams at the closing table.

As I learned in the Corporate world, any business can be successful if you have a good Return on Investment (ROI). In the Real Estate business, I believe ROI means Relationships, Operations, and Innovations. These systems or what I call “processes” are key to getting through the ups and downs of our ever changing market and our individual unique transactions. Every day is a new challenge, and every deal is different. It is my job to help you get through the process from start to finish, and to figure out problems as they come about. I may not have the answer right away, but I promise to do everything I can for you to find one!!!

In 2015, my daughter, Montgomery Lindemann joined me and we formed the “Grostick Team” here at Real Estate One in Milan. What a delightful surprise it was for me after she graduated from Central Michigan University with a BS in Financing to hear her say “hey Mom, I want to become a Real Estate Agent”. Montgomery is a breath of fresh air, and learning everyday how to help people with their real estate needs. Working side by side with her on a daily basis and being able to mentor her is a dream come true for me. I see already she understands why this business is so special, and how we are blessed with the people we meet. I hope one day she will look back upon her career choice, and feel the same way as I do.

In the meantime, together she and I will continue to work hard, communicate well, and be here when you call upon us. Our motto “Life is Good” is truly one we live by!!! We both love what we do, so we continue to do what we LOVE!!!

Cheers to 2024!!!! Hope, Health, Happiness be upon you and your family.

The best way to reach me is on my cell phone (734) 637-5897 or Montgomery can be reached on her cell phone (734) 323-5046, but please don’t hesitate to call my office at (734) 439-4131 and ask for us directly.

Looking forward to your call, Danielle.
